INTEGRID is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs across legal, finance, tax, and human resources consulting services, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional solutions.
Job Description:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive exceptional service across our legal, finance, tax, and human resources offerings. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with our internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive client satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with legal, finance, tax, and HR consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and service agreements.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of legal, finance, tax, or human resources consulting services is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
