About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Inixindo Widya Iswara Nusantara in Yogyakarta, DI Yogyakarta. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring exceptional service and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, nurturing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth

  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions

  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet or exceed their expectations

  4. Develop and implement effective account management strategies to retain and expand client relationships

  5. Analyze client data and industry trends to identify new revenue streams and recommend strategic initiatives

What We Are Looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an account management or client relationship management role, preferably in a sales or professional services environment

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

  3. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, develop customized solutions, and deliver exceptional service

  4. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skill

  5. Collaborative team player with a proactive and customer-centric mindset

  6. Presents an attractive and professional image

  7. Demonstrates resilience, motivation, and a strong drive to succeed.

Hard Skills Requirement

  1. Presentation skills (Public Speaking)

  2. Sales skills (Communication & Negotiation)

  3. Understanding of IT is a plus

  4. Experience/ understanding of B2B and B2G businesses
