Key Responsibilities • Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities on existing policies • Ensure proper pricing • Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio • Educate and assist intermediaries and policy holders on policy details • Maintain accurate policy information in group systems • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with existing policy holders • Interact closely with other core functions (ie. Risk, Claims and Policy Admin)

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance/financial institutions in B2B accounts management in a multicultural organization • Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to market players, policy holders and brokers • Strong communication and negotiation skill • Good written and spoken English • Able to travel within Indonesia up to 20% of your time
