Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; set transaction targets in areas like product mix, sales volume, market shares in their territory

Analyze consumer behavior, market insight, field situation, and market trend in their territory

Regular review leads merchants (i.e. monitor merchant growth, transfer merchants to new categories, competitor activity, etc.)

Provide advices to the merchant based on valid data analytics result in order to increase number of transactions

Create regular report to what's happen in their respective territory toward Regional/Nation-Wide company strategy

At least 2 years relevant experience with preferable industries : top 5 FMCG / Telecommunication/ Technology company

Preferably has >1 year in representative area and has strong network and knowledge about the region

Prior exposure in partnership project management

Has existing relationship or able to bridge, develop and maintain good relationship with key partner

Strong business sense and have good understanding of the markets, customers, and competitors

Fact-based / number-oriented individual, who is comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

Willing to work in a high mobility, especially to South Jakarta (but not limited to Depok and South Tangerang Area)
