Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma graduate or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales or medical representatif experience, particularly in the healthcare or laboratory industry.

• Understanding of partnership processes with hospitals, clinics, and doctors, including referral and sample submission workflows.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with partners.

• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset and capable of working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential business partners in hospitals, clinics, and doctor practices.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to encourage referrals of patients or samples to the GSI laboratory for testing.

• Introduce GSI Lab's products and services to potential partners through effective presentations.

• Conduct negotiations to establish mutually beneficial cooperation agreements.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sample referral goals.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide updates on business developments.

• Meet sales and partnership targets as set by the company.
