• Manage a team of skimen (3 to 5 employees)
• Be responsible for your departments financial results
• Manage and maintain the ski park to provide customers with equipment that is adapted, adjusted and safe
• Ensure the quality of customer relations by reinforcing the Club Med culture and spirit.
• Ensure compliance with Club Meds health and safety rules, as well as the upkeep of the property.
