We are seeking an exceptional and technically proficient 3D Visualization Specialist to join our team in Denpasar. This pivotal role combines high-end mastery of traditional photorealistic architectural visualization with expertise in real-time technology. You will be responsible for transforming our innovative architectural concepts into hyper-realistic still images, cinematic animations, and immersive VR/Walkthrough presentations built in Unreal Engine. You will work closely with architects and designers to ensure the highest visual standard, accurately conveying the aesthetics, atmosphere, and uniqueness of our European-standard luxury projects.

• Photorealistic Rendering: Create detailed, high-resolution 3D renders of both interior and exterior architectural projects using 3ds Max (with V-Ray/Corona Renderer), ensuring full alignment with high-end European design and finishing standards.

• Lighting and Composition Mastery: Expertly manage lighting, shadows, and composition to achieve emotional depth, artistic atmosphere, and realism in every visual.

• Post-Production: Perform expert post-processing and compositing in Adobe Photoshop to polish visualizations to a flawless, final standard.

• Real-Time Presentation Development: Build and deploy interactive virtual walkthroughs and VR scenes for client presentations and marketing initiatives using Unreal Engine (UE).

• Asset Optimization: Efficiently prepare, optimize, and import 3D models and textures from 3ds Max into Unreal Engine, ensuring high performance within the real-time environment.

• Engine Animation: Set up cinematic cameras, sequences, and effects within Unreal Engine to produce dynamic, high-impact presentation videos.

• Design Integration: Collaborate closely with the architectural team to accurately translate 2D drawings (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D models into final visual assets, focusing intensely on material realism and finishing details.

• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive, high-quality library of 3D models and assets, optimized for both rendering workflows (V-Ray/Corona) and real-time use (Unreal Engine).

• Education: Degree in Architecture, Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field is required.

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven professional experience in architectural 3D visualization, preferably within the luxury or high-end residential segment.

• Mandatory Software Expertise (Expert Level Required):

  • Autodesk 3ds Max (or equivalent high-level modeling software).

  • V-Ray / Corona Renderer (or similar production renderer).

  • Unreal Engine (UE): Proven experience in architectural visualization (ArchViz), including lighting, material setup, and optimization for real-time performance.

  • Adobe Photoshop (for advanced compositing and post-production).

• Professional Skills:

  • Exceptional eye for composition, color theory, and natural lighting.

  • Demonstrated ability to produce truly photorealistic results, often starting from minimal input.

  • High attention to detail, especially regarding material realism and texture mapping.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
