Work Location:Mainly based at our offices in South Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and Head Office at PIK 2 (mobility required occasionally, not frequent). You will be placed at one of these locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields with a minimum of 1 (one) year of work experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Job Descriptions for each positions:

a. IT Application Production Staff

• Investigate and resolve issues related to the Application System to ensure smooth operations.

• Process data patching and bug fixing requests from users to improve data accuracy and application performance.

• Provide suggestions and recommendations on application system capacity planning to enhance service quality.

• Prepare regular reports to support application system development and issue handling.

• Conduct and support the Post Implementation Review (PIR) process in accordance with procedures to maintain production quality.

b. IT Data Centre Operation & Librarian

• Infrastructure Operatora. Ensure data center and DRC room conditions remain normal and stable.b. Ensure the status of critical infrastructure servers in the main DC and DRC is running properly and normally.c. Ensure the availability of supporting facilities, including electricity, cooling systems, alarms, fire prevention systems, rooms, and others in both DC and DRC.d. Assist in the preparation of new infrastructure implementations such as servers, storage, network devices, etc.e. Prepare regular reports (at least monthly) on the condition of the data center and its supporting facilities.

• Application System Operatora. Execute daily, monthly, or yearly batch processes.b. Monitor the status of production applications that support operational activities and escalate issues to application support, system administrator/infrastructure, or IT security if problems arise.c. Ensure smooth implementation of new application systems.d. Prepare regular reports on application status.

• Librarian Operatora. Perform daily backups, especially for severity 1 application systems.b. Manage and ensure efficient use and retention of backup cartridges, as well as their availability.c. Manage storage of cartridge media.d. Prepare regular reports on backup and cartridge status.

c. IT Network Staff

• Provide network and communication services to support business and operational needs.

• Monitor and maintain network systems.

• Plan and develop network infrastructure.
