General Information

• Open for all education levels (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Good communication skills required
• Hiring process: Online Technical Test (HackerRank), Interview
• Target onboarding: ASAP
• Contract duration: until December 2026 (possibility of extension)
• Work arrangement: Work From Anywhere (WFA), except when office presence is required
• Office locations: Jakarta (multiple sites, to be confirmed based on team placement)

Role Overview

Manage and analyze data systems to support business decision-making through reporting, trend analysis, and predictive insights.

Headcount: 1 | Experience: Minimum 3 years | Monthly Salary: IDR 9 – 11 million (nett)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data systems and databases; fix data-related issues
• Collect and organize data from primary and secondary sources
• Use statistical tools to identify trends and patterns
• Prepare reports and communicate insights to leadership/stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineers and business leaders on process improvement and data governance
• Create clear documentation of analysis processes for reproducibility

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong skills in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis
• Familiar with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP
• Understanding of web scripting (XML, JavaScript, JSON)
• Familiar with ETL frameworks/tools (e.g., Alteryx, Microsoft SSIS)
• Strong research, analysis, and data visualization skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Willing to work from the office (WFO)
