PT TERANG DUNIA INTERNUSA TBK melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Leader Produksi Ebike di Curug yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT TERANG DUNIA INTERNUSA TBK. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Leader Produksi Ebike di Curug Perusahaan PT TERANG DUNIA INTERNUSA TBK:

Lead and oversee daily operational activities of the EBike assembly team to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met. Organize daily task allocation to team members and monitor performance and work productivity regularly. Ensure all assembly processes comply with quality control standards and occupational safety procedures applicable in the company. Conduct initial problem identification and troubleshooting for technical obstacles in the assembly process and daily workflow issues. Provide guidance and technical coaching to new and existing team members to enhance assembly expertise. Prepare daily and weekly reports on production output, work efficiency, and material or technical constraints to Production Management. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure assembly component availability is timely at the production line.

Key responsibilities

Qualification

• Minimal SMK/SMA equivalent, D3, or S1 from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields
• Experience in bicycle assembly or electric vehicle assembly processes
• Leadership experience such as Leader, Supervisor, or Head leading teams in manufacturing industry
• Able to communicate well in Indonesian language
• English and/or Mandarin language ability is preferred
• Deep understanding of technical structure of bicycles/EBike, basic electrical components, and assembly line workflow
• Master basic Microsoft Office usage such as MS Excel for production reports, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Strong leadership spirit, firm, good physical endurance, and excellent interpersonal communication
• Able to analyze technical problems in the field and provide quick solutions
