ALTARIZE melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Quality Control Production di Denpasar yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor ALTARIZE. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. We are looking for a Quality Control (Production) to ensure that our raw materials, production processes, and finished products consistently meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Raw Material Quality Control

Inspect and check incoming raw materials before production.

Ensure raw materials meet the required specifications and quality standards.

Conduct basic testing and sampling of raw materials where required.

Record and report any material that does not meet specifications.

Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams regarding material acceptance and rejection.

2. Production Process Control

Monitor production processes to ensure they follow established SOPs and production standards.

Perform quality checks at different stages of production.

Ensure correct material quantities, mixing ratios, processing times, and production procedures are followed.

Identify potential quality issues during production and take corrective action together with the Production team.

Ensure production records and QC checkpoints are properly completed.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Inspect finished products before they are released for packaging, storage, or delivery.

Conduct physical and basic quality tests according to product specifications.

Check product appearance, consistency, texture, color, weight, dimensions, packaging, and other relevant parameters.

Identify, isolate, and document defective or non-conforming products.

Ensure only approved products are released for delivery.

4. Testing & Sampling

Conduct routine sampling and testing according to established QC procedures.

Prepare samples for internal testing or external laboratory testing when required.

Maintain proper sample identification and traceability.

Record test results accurately and report abnormal results to management.

5. Quality Documentation

Maintain QC inspection records, test results, production quality reports, and non-conformance reports.

Ensure all quality documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.

Assist in maintaining product specifications, QC checklists, and testing procedures.

Support preparation of documentation required for product certification and laboratory testing.

6. Non-Conformance & Corrective Action

Identify and report quality deviations and non-conforming products.

Investigate the potential causes of quality problems together with the Production team.

Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Monitor corrective actions to ensure problems are properly resolved and do not repeatedly occur.

7. Production & Warehouse Coordination

Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Technical, and Project teams.

Ensure proper communication regarding material quality, production issues, and product status.

Support traceability of raw materials and finished products.

Assist in improving production processes and reducing product defects and waste.

Identify recurring quality problems and recommend improvements.

Help develop and improve production SOPs and quality standards.

Monitor quality trends and provide recommendations to management.

Support the implementation of a consistent quality control system across production.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control, Production Quality, Laboratory, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience in building materials, construction materials, chemical products, mineral products, or manufacturing is an advantage.

Education in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.

Good understanding of quality control processes and production procedures.

Able to perform basic material testing and accurately record test results.

Detail-oriented, systematic, and disciplined.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Able to work closely with production and warehouse teams.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Able to work independently and take initiative.

Comfortable working in a production environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

Willing to learn about sustainable and natural building materials.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of QC inspection and sampling procedures.

Experience with laboratory testing or material testing.

Understanding of SOP, QC checklist, NCR, CAPA, and product traceability.

Experience with XRF, XRD, particle size analysis, moisture content, density, or other material testing is an advantage.

Experience using ERP systems for production, inventory, or quality management is an advantage.
