garuda asia sentosa melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi FINANCE MANAGER di Batam yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor garuda asia sentosa. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi FINANCE MANAGER di Batam Perusahaan garuda asia sentosa:

• Maintain the full set of accounts for the company.




• Record and reconcile all FX trading transactions, including broker and settlement transactions.




• Ensure all trading activities are accurately reflected in the accounting records.




• Perform bank, broker, and general ledger reconciliations.




• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting schedules.




• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting records.




• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.




• Prepare monthly management accounts, including:




• Balance Sheet




• Analyse financial performance and explain significant variances.




• Prepare ad hoc financial reports requested by Management.

Operating Expenses & Cost Management

• Process and record all operating expenses.




• Manage accruals, prepayments, and expense allocations.




• Monitor operating expenses and prepare expense analysis.




• Support budgeting and cost control initiatives.

Treasury & Cash Management

• Monitor daily cash positions and fund movements.




• Reconcile bank balances and ensure timely settlement of transactions.




• Assist in cash flow planning and forecasting.

Business Support

• Liaise with banks, external accountants, tax agents, and other professional service providers.




• Prepare schedules required for annual financial statements and tax filings.




• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.




• Review and improve finance processes and internal controls.




• Support business expansion and new finance initiatives.




• Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.




• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in FX trading, financial services, treasury, brokerage, or fintech.




• Experience managing a full set of accounts independently.




• Strong knowledge of month-end closing and management reporting.




• Good understanding of FX transactions and multi-currency accounting is an advantage.




• Experience preparing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and cash flow reports.




• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.




• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.




• Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently.




• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.




• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior management.
