BFI FINANCE INDONESIA, Tbk melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Security Analyst di Banten yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT. BFI FINANCE INDONESIA, Tbk. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Security Analyst di Banten Perusahaan PT. BFI FINANCE INDONESIA, Tbk:
- Monitor security events 24/7, analyzing alerts to identify suspicious activity, performing log correlation, identifying IOCs (Indicators of Compromise), and conducting investigations to determine the scope and impact of security threats.
- Execute initial response according to established playbooks, including containment and remediation actions, and escape in accordance with applicable procedures and SLAs.
- Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify hidden threats through analysis of telemetry data, anomaly patterns, and attack techniques not yet detected by automated tools.
- Operate SIEM, EDR/XDR, and security monitoring tools, ensure optimal log ingestion, create and optimize detection rules/use cases, and perform alert tuning to improve detection accuracy.
- Document security incidents and investigation findings, and prepare incident reports. Maintain case notes and keep ticket systems up to date.
- Follow SOC procedures, playbooks, and escalation protocols, adhering to operational standards and SLAs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a SOC environment, with strong experience in Incident Response and Threat Hunting & Detection.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and EDR/XDR tools.
- Solid understanding of threat intelligence concepts, including IOCs, TTPs, and threat actor behavior.
- Strong analytical skills in log analysis and correlation across multiple data sources.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Able to communicate in English.
