PT Winstar Logistik melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi ACCOUNTANT di Batam yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Winstar Logistik. About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Accountant to join our growing team . This full-time position will be based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
• Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices
• Providing support and guidance to junior members of the accounting team
• Preparing payroll report and familiar with BPSJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sytems

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Good command of English oral & written with Mandarin as an advantage
• Having good understanding of Internal Control System.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in preparing Financial Statements .
• Good knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards
• Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel, GL GF)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
• Hard worker, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
