Direct and oversee the company’s overall financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Analyze and interpret financial data to provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders. Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, tax reports, and cost-benefit analyses.

Monitor cash flow, investment activities, and financial risks to ensure company financial stability.

Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team to achieve departmental goals and individual growth. Ensure all technical operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Management Finance Staff

Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in finance, accounting or tax

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlook, IF, Hlook) (Accurate Software is advantage)

Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic decision-making capabilities. Exceptional capability to work under heavy pressure, manage complex priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.

Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance reviews.
