PT Alumax Global Sistem melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Finance Supervisor di Tangerang yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Alumax Global Sistem. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Finance Supervisor di Tangerang Perusahaan PT Alumax Global Sistem:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of cash management, budgeting, financial reporting, and taxation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, Odoo, or equivalent).
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise all cash receipts and disbursements.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers, vendors, and other third parties.
- Monitor customer collections and ensure accounts receivable are accurately recorded.
- Oversee cash balances and company bank accounts.
b. Cash Flow Management :
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure sufficient funds are available to support operational activities.
- Identify potential cash shortages and recommend appropriate solutions.
c. Budget Control :
- Analyze Budget vs. Actual performance.
- Prepare variance analysis and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure all financial transactions are supported by complete and accurate documentation.
- Verify compliance with company policies procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review and approve financial transactions within the authorized approval limits.
- Supervise periodic bank reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between cash records and bank statements.
- Ensure all outstanding reconciling items are resolved promptly.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
- Generate reports on cash flow, cash position, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making.
g. Internal Control & Compliance :
- Ensure effective implementation of internal control systems.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and internal procedures.
h. Tax Coordination :
- Coordinate with the Accounting and Tax teams regarding tax payments and tax filings.
- Ensure all tax obligations are fulfilled accurately and on time.
i. Banking Relationship Management :
- Liaise with banks regarding credit facilities, loans, deposits, current accounts, and other banking services.
- Manage banking documentation and financing arrangements.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Finance Staff.
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
- Ensure all finance-related activities are completed accurately and within deadlines.
