Job Requirement

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a fast paced, dynamic and multi-cultural MNC environment with proven work experience as a Project Manager in Industrial, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Mining & Heavy Equipment Logistics Related Business
• • Bachelor/ Master Degree in marketing/ any major from recognized university or relevant qualification

Job Responsibilities

1 Main Duties

Directing and overseeing overall Industrial Project process

• Project Management, evaluation, market analysis, technology identification
• Providing consultancy services for industrial projects
• Conduct project development, feasibility study; construct project feasibility study, detailing feasibility for outsourcing of equipment, raw material for industrial plants

Implementing the policy and developing solutions

• Provide technical support for clients’ project
• Coordinate with all related parties to synchronize the client’s operational requirements

Monitoring the quality

• Set up importation process of goods and related documentation
• Validation of options for MOF (design, engineering and costing) at different steps of the project
• Validation of optimal transport scenario through marshalling yards inside and outside Indonesia
• Pertinence of intermediate storage area outside the island

Operations

• Select the truckers that offered reliable on-time deliveries at competitive rates
• Act as first approval for receipted daily operating expenses
• Decide on selling rates by applying reasonable mark-up for spot quotations
• Development & training of your team in-conjunction with QHSE training program
• Managing QSHE program for the logistics site including reporting / auditing and system compliance

2 Reporting Activities

• Costing evaluation (import duties, marine-land-air costs, erection needs, at all sites including pre-fabrication and marshalling yards)
• Identification and costing of optimal sea-transport solution at all steps (barges, LCT, time & voyage chartered vessels, liner solutions)
• Identification and costing of optimal transport solution for land transport at site (trailer, trucks, multi-axles etc)
• Identification and costing of optimal transport solution by air of cargo, express and personnel (gateways, airlines, aircrafts etc.

• Identification of site appropriate storage areas and access list of equipment and personnel optimal for handling and transport to/from storage areas

1 TEAM MANAGEMENT

(Managers Up)

• Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
• Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors
• Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
• Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
• Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
• Ensure all changes in Department / Section socialized properly to the team

2 QHSE

• Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
• Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
• Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
