PR & KOL MARKETING SPECIALIST 公关和网红营销

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership & Collaboration: Identify, approach, and negotiate with PR outlets, paid promote accounts, and KOLs for collaboration (paid or unpaid) opportunities;Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term cooperation.

  • Content Strategy & Direction: Develop content guidelines and creative directions for KOLs and media partners to ensure brand alignment and maximize engagement; Review KOL content drafts and provide constructive feedback to optimize storytelling and brand positioning; Ensure content strategy is integrated across all paid and organic partner activations.

  • Budget & Negotiation: Negotiate collaboration fees and manage allocated budgets effectively; Track costs vs. performance to ensure optimal ROI.

  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance across PR, paid accounts, and KOL content; Provide data-driven insights to refine strategies for future collaborations; Maintain tracking and reporting using Excel or dashboards.

  • Event & On-Site Support: Occasionally travel to meet with partners, attend shoots, or support offline events involving KOLs or media.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong existing network or experience working with PR outlets, KOLs, and paid promote accounts.

  • Ability to create strategic content direction and optimize content for engagement and brand goals.

  • Excellent negotiation skills and budget management experience.

  • Proficiency in campaign performance tracking and analysis (Excel required).

  • Strong communication skills for both internal alignment and external collaboration.

  • Comfortable with occasional business travel.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in PR, influencer marketing, or social media strategy for F&B or consumer brands.

  • Understanding of local digital media ecosystems and influencer trends.

  • Multilingual ability (Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SPECIALIST 社交媒体营销

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and execute content strategies to grow social media reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

● Manage internal digital channels including (but not limited to) Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others.

● Produce original content (graphic design, motions, videos, product photography) that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.

● Appear in front of the camera for brand-related social media content.

● Track, monitor and analyze content performance metrics, turning insights into actionable strategy improvements.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, design, and KOL marketing.

● Travel occasionally for content shooting or campaign activations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Proven experience in content strategy and social media marketing, with track record of producing content with high reach and engagement (ideally ~2 years experience in relevant roles).

● Strong creative production skills including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting in Bahasa Indonesia).

● Proficient in both OR either one of the following tools: Graphic Design (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva / Figma), Video Editing (Adobe Premier / Capcut / etc.).

● Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets) and ability to interpret data into actionable content strategies.

● Presentable, confident and charismatic in front of the camera; comfortable acting or speaking on video and serving as brand's face.

● In touch with ongoing industry trends and culture, able to adapt quickly to fast-moving digital trends and brand needs.

● Working professional proficiency in English to communicate within an international team.

● Portfolio of previous work is required for consideration.

● Prior experience as an on-camera talent or influencer a plus.

PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST 绩效营销
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Center for: B2C: brand awareness, product campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations; B2B: partner lead generation.

  • Manage ad creatives, audiences, and budgeting strategies to meet KPIs (such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, and CPR).

  • Work closely with the content and design teams to develop engaging, high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying insights to support strategic decisions across both consumer and franchise marketing funnels.

  • Maintain data integrity across all campaigns—ensure clean tracking, accurate tagging, and lead funnel alignment.

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards using Excel, SQL, Looker Studio, or similar tools for internal reporting.

  • Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in digital performance marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Center.

  • Strong understanding of both consumer marketing metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPR) and lead generation metrics (e.g., CPL, lead quality, funnel conversion).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and propose strategic optimizations.

  • Proficient in Excel.

  • Understanding of creative testing frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate).

  • Able to use data visualization tools such as Looker Studio to build dashboards and analyze large datasets.

  • Familiar with ad tracking setups (Pixel, UTM, events, conversions).

  • Detail-oriented with excellent campaign hygiene and data management skills.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in both B2C brand/product marketing and B2B performance lead generation.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a huge plus.

  • Background in F&B, FMCG, or franchise-based industries is advantageous

Key Responsibilities
  • Promotion Planning & Execution:Monitor raw material stock availability and align promotional planning accordingly; Develop promotion proposals, seek management approval, and calculate expected margins and sales (offline & online); Work with social media, KOL, and digital ads teams to align digital marketing activities with promotional efforts; Coordinate with Operations team for smooth execution of the promotions until completion.
