About the role
We are seeking an experienced Trainer HVAC to join our team at PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia. As a Trainer HVAC, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training on Air Conditioning Product and systems to our customers and service partners. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
Develop and deliver training of our HVAC products
Conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions for customers, dealers, and technicians
Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery
Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to understand new product features and incorporate them into training materials
Maintain detailed training records and provide regular progress reports to management
What we're looking for
Minimum 51-2years of experience as a HVAC trainer in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry
In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems
Strong teaching and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices in the HVAC industry
A customer-centric approach and a commitment to providing high-quality training and support
