PT Foom Lab Global melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Trade Marketing Activation Supervisor di Jakarta Raya yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Foom Lab Global. FOOM LAB GLOBAL is a leading e-cigarette brand in Indonesia with a mission to convert adult smokers away from combustible tobacco products, eliminate their use, and prevent underage usage of our products. Founded in 2019, the company’s headquarters is located in Jakarta.
Job Description:
- Develop ideation programs to drive relationship with retailers/consumers & enhance affinity for FOOM brand
- Deliver an annual activation plan & tactical sell out program plan which aligned with Product category growth drivers
- Understand Trade needs across all levels & channels to develop trade related insights (e.g. current issues, new Activation trend & Outlet’s success case)
- Generate Weekly & Monthly Activation report
- Define & evaluate the Activation metrics with short term KPI (Productivity & Fffectiveness SPG & ROI) & long term KPI (Trade Funnel)
- Responsible for managing all processes related to the administration & Activation budget
- Ensure that all Trade engagements activities are executed in compliance with the company’s SOPs & general regulations.
- Work closely with all internal & external stakeholders to maximize seamless collaboration
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Management or any related field of study
- Min. 2-4 years of working exp. in FMCG/consumer products as a Lead or SPV
- Having experience & knowledge from Tobacco (E-Cigarette / Cigarette) industry is a plus
- Having experience to handle & collaborate with Agency & SPG
- Proven track record or high potentials of leadership, project management of various Store Level Activation
- In-depth understanding of Market trends especially in Marketing and Sales
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritise and display robust time management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and administration skills
- Attention to detail, flexible & well presented
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
