PT Jelajah Tujuh Benua melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Ticketing Officer di Jakarta Barat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Jelajah Tujuh Benua. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. TICKETING OFFICE
As a Ticketing Officer you will be at the center of our operations with a wide variety of responsibilities from booking and issuing tickets, creating travel itineraries, you will be ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities
1. Introducing and selling all high level of product knowledge (Domestic & International)
2. Handle ticketing responsibilities : Ensure all domestic and international flight reservations are processed correctly, including ticket issuance and re-issuance and handle price requests from customers.
3. Deal with incoming calls promptly, manage complaints, and assisting travellers with their needs, including responding to inquiries from air ticket, accommodation, travel document, insurance and transportation rentals.
4. Sales target oriented.
5. Liaise and follow up with airlines, vendors, and suppliers on open cases.
6. Build a tourism business network and maintain a good relationship with tour vendors/suppliers/clients.
7. Have a high attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
8. Able to work both individually and in a team & be responsible.
9. Creative, diligent, disciplined, friendly, thorough, accurate & honest.
10. Experience in a well-known Tour and Travel Company is a plus.
Qualifications
1. Minimum Graduated from SMK Tourism Academy or Equivalent.
2. English is a must.
3. Minimum 2 year experience at the same level, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
4. Familiar and Certified with/for Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre/Althea reservation system.
5. Capable of assisting with hotel, tour package & travel document needs.
6. Able to work under pressure.
7. Strong personality, humble, polite, charming, professional, service oriented and adopt a great attitude.
8. Have good communication & negotiation skills (Indonesian-English).
9. Flexibility working hours (availabe on Weekends).
10. Full-Time position(s) available.
