YOUR TASKS

Provide support to the team to achieve predetermined revenue targets by identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients. Ensure complete customer satisfaction and provide a knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, confident and proactive point of contact to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing DHL customers by telephone within on regular pre-defined call cycle to secure new business and to ensure that individual agreed targets are achieved.
• Manage a portfolio of customers via telephone.
• Act as Telesales customers’ main contact for DHL, responding and satisfying their sales and post-sales requirements. Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
• Achieve revenue and shipment performance aligned with country’s target and guidance.
• Continue to obtain new customers and ensure they trade profitably.
• Responsible for the continuous growth of the Active Customers within portfolio.

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree with related experience
• Excellent telephone skills, and communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia) – spoken and written.
• Able to relate well with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
• Good analytical thinking to evaluate both numerical and narrative information.
• Initiative to take action, make decisions, and proactively do things for both current and future opportunities.
• Works cooperatively with others to achieve group goals.
