What would you do:

Identifies prospects by reading telephone, directories, and other prepared listings.

Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing

systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

Influences customers to buy services and product of B2B IT Products such as a

server, storage, and software by following a prepared sales talk to give service and

product information and price quotations.

Sends promotion or brochures thru email to the prospects.

Improves the tele-script is needed.

Be proactive in doing the telemarketer’s role.

Works to achieve the target.

Completes the database if any outdated data.

Writes phone conversation reports using Microsoft Excel.

Follows up the prospects proactively to achieve the target.

What You Need to have:

Experience in Telemarketing minimum 2-3 years

Bachelor’s degree from any study.

Fluent in English is a plus.

Product knowledge in IT industry is a plus.

Basic Microsoft Excel.

Result and target driven.

Persistence, time management, customer service, and prospecting skills.

Handle objection and rejection.

Discipline and professional.
