TACO Group melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Tax Accounting Manager di Kemayoran yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor TACO Group. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance.

• Has a minimum of five years of experience in a similar accounting and tax management role.

• Demonstrates strong technical knowledge in auditing, tax operations and regulations, budget management, financial planning and analysis, and accounting processes.

• Is proficient in using financial systems.

• Preferably experienced in the big 5 KAP in Indonesia.

• Possesses excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.

• Excels in time management.

• Has strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in both strategic and operational contexts.

• Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization and can present financial information clearly and confidently.

• Is skilled in negotiation.

• Understands business operations and exhibits strong business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial and tax planning strategies and ensuring proper supervision and evaluation.

• Achieve departmental targets by managing resources effectively and efficiently.

• Plan and coordinate the development of financial and accounting systems and procedures.

• Provide financial analysis and insights for executive decision-making on investments, expansions, operations, and other financial conditions.

• Manage the accounting and tax functions to process financial data accurately and on time.

• Act as the primary liaison with auditors, tax authorities (DJP), and tax consultants.

• Coordinate and monitor tax planning, reporting, and payment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with government regulations.

• Prepare monthly departmental performance reports for submission to superiors and VP.
