About the role

This is a full-time position as a System Engineer based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. As part of the Information & Communication Technology team at PT Infosys Solusi Terpadu, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining effective network and computer systems to support the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

• Create ticket to principle
• Monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal system uptime
• Implementing security measures and access controls to protect the company's IT infrastructure
• Providing technical support and guidance to end-users on system usage and functionality
• Documenting network infrastructure and maintenance procedures
• Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Engineer or in a similar role
• Prefer having NCDA (NetApp Certified Data Administrator)
• Proficient in configuring and administering network devices, servers and IT systems
• Hands-on experience with network protocols, security best practices and troubleshooting techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with end-users and provide technical support
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
