Job Descriptions :

• Create a new product launching concept through in-depth research based on the market trends
• Coordinate to complete development the product formulation in accordance with applicable regulations and BPOM registration
• Responsible in a product development project and whole product innovation process
• Exploring packaging development and improve new technology advance
• Involved in the formulation and ideation of new products for the brand
• Create a project timeline for new product developments up to the launch date
• Working closely with the manufacturer to develop upcoming products and manage the production of projects.
• Assist in analyzing competitors and trends in the market in relation to product development.
• Oversees safe delivery of goods from manufacturer to warehouse.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical, Engineering, and related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Development Staff in the Beauty Industry
• Knowledge about skincare products and active ingredients
• Deep understanding of product planning, implementation, research, and development
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Passionate in the beauty & lifestyle industry
