Job Summary Manage dedicated account targeting Platinum, Partners and Gold customers, act as the bridge between Indosat and customers, execute the engagement program and propose Improvement Plan for customers requirements.
Job Description Customer Engagement.
- Represent customers concern to related function in Indosat; provide evaluation and suggestion for specific issues. Coordinate with all related units (Sales, IT, Network Operations, Marketing, Product Development, Billing & Collection and other supporting functions) for all customers concerns and issues raised to Service Account Manager.
- Prepare and execute engagement strategy for each account based on specific characteristic of the customers.
- Prepare and conduct periodic performance review meeting, conference call and courtesy visit to customers.
- Monitor customers specific project and cases to be closed as target.
Improvement activities
- Prepare the most feasible Service Improvement Plan (SIP) for specific customers issues as requested by sales team or by the customers.
- Analyze & Prepare the Service Improvement Plan (SIP) for links that below SLA or experience repeated case.
- Coordinate with internal units and customers the best timeline for the improvement activities; seek customers approval for the agreed timeline.
- Manage platinum customers backhaul to keep on initial design (full diversity)
- Make sure all platinum customer circuits are monitored via Indosat monitoring tools
Customer Satisfaction Survey
- Conduct periodic survey to each account, analyze the result and propose the actions points to increase the result of parameters which are not as target yet.
Job Requirements Qualification:
- Preferably minimum bachelors degree or 3-year experience in telecommunication system.
- Certification on certain area (ITIL, CCNA, expert of system, etc.) will be an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-year experience for new recruits
- Good understanding in transmission and IP system, overall telecommunication systems.
- Good product knowledge
- Understand business process within related functions.
- Good listener, able to voice customer concerns.
Skills:
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good analytical capability
- Public speaking/presentation capability
- Good negotiation skill
- Ability to work under pressure from customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Proficient in English.
