Job Description :

Responsible for supporting facility service operations across all branches and main buildings, including the management of cleaning services, pest control, and facility maintenance, covering:

• Conducting routine visits to Jabodetabek branches and 3 Main Buildings as part of the Branch Service Quality (BSQ) implementation.
• Preparing and delivering BSQ visit reports to branch users/building occupants and related SMEs as a basis for follow-up improvements.
• Performing analysis, tracking, and monitoring of pest control services, including providing follow-up recommendations for findings at branches and main buildings.
• Following up on user complaints related to pest control services at branches and the 3 main buildings until issues are resolved.
• Preparing assignment letters and coordinating with vendors and users to ensure routine monthly pest control treatments are carried out.
• Verifying, reviewing, and ensuring the completeness of payment documents for routine facility service bills within the FCRM unit, while coordinating with the Payment Management unit.
• Preparing and updating outsourcing data reports within the FCRM unit.
• Supporting operational coordination between vendors, users, and related internal parties to ensure smooth facility services.
• Supporting improvement and cost-saving projects within FCRM.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building facility management, branch operations, or similar roles.
• Experience in managing vendors, outsourcing, or pest control services is an added advantage.
• Having knowledge of facility management and building service standards.
• Ability to analyze reports and monitor dashboards.
• Strong operational leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative abilities.
• Ability to work in a mobile role and conduct routine branch visits.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
