We're looking for a Senior Digital Planner to join dentsu Indonesia. You'll be the strategic brain behind data-driven digital media plans, translating insights into high-performing campaigns that deliver real results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full-funnel digital media strategies across platforms (Display, Video, Paid Social, Search, Programmatic).

• Lead planning presentations and collaborate closely with clients, creatives, and media partners.

• Translate campaign briefs into actionable, insight-led digital plans.

• Stay sharp on platform updates, ad tech tools, and emerging media trends.

• Oversee campaign performance and work with buying teams to optimize results.

• Support junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. 

A bit about you

• At least 4 years' experience in digital media planning, preferably in agency or fast-paced environments.

• Strong knowledge of platform capabilities (Meta, Google, TikTok, DV360, etc.).

• Experience in both branding and performance campaigns.

• Confident communicator — able to simplify complexity for clients and partners.

• Passionate about digital innovation, analytics, and continuous learning.

• Collaborative mindset with an eye for detail and accountability.
