Job Highlights- Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations and central kitchen production.
- Ensure food consistency, hygiene, and smooth service during peak hours.
- Assist in COGS reporting, food cost control, and training of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities- Kitchen Operations
- Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen staff during service and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Step in to lead the kitchen during the Head Chef's absence.
- Central Kitchen & Inventory
- Assist the Head Chef in managing central kitchen production and outlet distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and raw material usage.
- Support in sourcing ingredients and liaising with suppliers.
- Cost Control & Reporting
- Contribute to accurate COGS reporting by recording usage, wastage, and portioning.
- Assist in monitoring food cost targets and minimizing waste.
- Maintain portion control standards as directed by the Head Chef.
- Training & Team Development
- Guide and mentor junior cooks and commis, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Support in performance feedback and on-the-job training.
- Foster teamwork and maintain discipline in the kitchen.
- Quality & Safety
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation are maintained at all times.
- Conduct regular checks on kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Uphold our standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Job Qualifications- Diploma/degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2-3 years of professional kitchen experience, with 1+ years in a supervisory role (Junior Sous Chef, CDP, or similar).
- Strong cooking skills across Indonesian and international cuisine; able to execute recipes consistently.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and basic cost control.
- Familiarity with inventory management, stock rotation, and portioning.
- Ability to support COGS reporting and align with financial targets.
- Strong leadership potential — able to supervise staff, train juniors, and step up when needed.
- Discipline, stamina, and the ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English a plus.
