Job Description:

1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals.
2. Oversee the selection and evaluation of vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.
5. Supervise the preparation of merchandise, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
6. Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
7. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sourcing and preparation merchandisers.
8. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture to achieve departmental objectives.
9. Oversee the drafting and management of contracts with suppliers, ensuring legal and organizational compliance.
10. Evaluate and negotiate contract terms to achieve cost-effective sourcing.
11. Conduct regular cost analyses to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
12. Work with the team to implement strategies that improve cost efficiency in sourcing and preparation.
13. Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in the garment industry.
14. Integrate innovative solutions into sourcing and preparation processes to enhance competitiveness.
15. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department and monitor performance.
16. Prepare regular reports on sourcing, preparation, and supplier performance for management review.

Job Requirement:

1. Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Garment Production, or any relevant major.
2. Proven experience as merchandiser in Garment industry, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to drive cost-effective strategies.
5. In-depth knowledge of the garment industry, market trends, and production processes.
6. Proficiency in contract management and supplier relationship building.
7. Willingness to do mobile working system.
