Job Title: Social Media (TikTok) Specialist

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and executeprehensive social media strategy andentify the right fit of the target audience and right messaging of the media plans through TikTok platform to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyze and research on the up-to-date social media trends, KOLs, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to incorporate the latest trends into the social media strategy for the most captivating and visually-appealing content creations on TikTok.
• Own the day-to-day of social media activities, from creating headline, captions, scripts, copies, creative concept, and talents briefing based on the storyline for the business performance to meet branding, promotions and campaign objectives for Tiktok.
• Perform end-to-end on-site property process of social media content creation through hands-on acts for marketing purposes (i.e. storyboard planning, property and room staging or design styling, promotion message and script making, indiual and/or group photo/eo shoot taking, and content editing) with 3 eo deliverables and 1 carousel image posts in weekly basis.
• Conduct excellent project management andmunications across marketing team and cross-function teams
• Curate and negotiate with the best-fitted influencers on Tiktok platform tomunicate independently with influencers including brief/SOW, script, room styling, and property shooting according to Influencer gance for campaign purposes including Macro and micro Influencers.
• Conduct meticulous data performance & marketing analytics on weekly basis for Tiktok social media platform to maintain growth on marketing metrics (i.e. followers growth, eo views, users reach, engagement rate, profile visits, leads generation, etc) by bringing theprehensive insights, best practices, and actionable items.
• Producing and publishing high-quality, engaging brand and contents in timely manner in adhere to Cove s content pillars on social media (images and eos) to achieve a stable growth increase across Tiktok.
• Responsible on maintainingpelling brand message and conversations that fostering a positive and authentic brand image of Cove by responding toments, messages, and engage with our onlinemunity.
• Bring add-on activity on organic Tiktok (e.g. Ads content boosting, campaign, giveaway or other activities) to grow social media performance.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in the related field
• Experience in handling end-to-end TikTok for business
• Comfortable in front of the camera
• Able to speak English
• Willing to move around from property to property
• Familiar with editing tools
