Cinchy.life - Bali's 5-star scooter rental service - is looking for a Social Media / Creative Lead to shape and elevate our online presence.

This isn't just about posting content. You'll be the creative brain behind Cinchy's storytelling — guiding part-time creators, bringing fresh ideas to life, and making sure our content not only entertains but also drives growth. If you're visionary about branding, love leading a team, and thrive in turning Bali's vibes into scroll-stopping stories — we want you on our team.

What You'll Do

1. Own the Creative & Social Strategy

• Define the creative direction, content pillars, and brand voice.
• Spot trends early and turn them into engaging, performance-driven content.

2. Lead & Guide Content Creators

• Manage and brief other creators to ensure a consistent daily content creation.
• Ensure consistency across all content and keep the quality high.

3. Oversee Content Production

• Join content shoots in Seminyak (1-3 times/week if needed).
• Capture scooter lifestyle, customer stories, and Bali's unique charm.
• Review and approve edits to make sure they align with the vision.

4. Manage Social Media & Growth

• Own the content calendar across all social channels including daily stories
• Schedule posts, track performance, and refine strategy based on data.
• Collaborate with our marketing team on ads, KOL campaigns, and partnerships.

5. Be the Voice of Cinchy

• Jump on camera for interviews, skits, or Bali lifestyle reels.
• Talk to customers, gather insights, and turn them into authentic stories.

You're a Fit If You

1. Live in Bali and can visit Seminyak regularly.
2. Have 2-4+ years in social media, creative strategy, or content leadership.
3. Can both create content yourself and guide others to do it better.
4. Are confident on-camera and love experimenting with TikTok/IG-native formats.
5. Know how to edit with CapCut, Figma, or other tools.
6. Communicate well in English (especially with international audiences).
7. Are visionary, proactive, and thrive on taking ideas from concept → viral.
