Job Title: Service Pre-Sales Executive
Location: Bintan, Indonesia
Direct Manager: Service Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage service quotations using the company’s quotation system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide service-related information in a timely manner.
- Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
- Proactively engage customers for preventive maintenance and other service offerings.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support service sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and achieve assigned KPIs and targets.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, sales support, or customer service is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work in a shift schedule of 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (WIB).
