PT Korosi Specindo, established in 1994, is a growing company specializing in corrosion monitoring equipment and services for the oil and gas industry. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as:

Senior Valve Engineer

The Senior Valve Engineer will be responsible for the engineering design, analysis, and development of valve and piping systems. This position reports directly to the Design and Development (D&D) Manager.

Responsibility:

• Responsible for the engineering design and calculation of valve product - including their development - compliance with the client requests and corporate product development.

• Design documentation according to API Q1

• Provide analysis, technical assistance, clarification, consultation and recommendations of customer datasheet in the field of valve engineering or other company's products

• Make key decisions on design results and design calculations within the D&D Department and its relationship with other departments

• Create or prepare documents related to the design being developed

• Ensure that the ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and API Q1 management system procedures are followed properly.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the valve industry as a valve design engineer

• Minimum bachelor's degree in all fields of Engineering

• MUST Comprehend the materials utilized in the valve.

• MUST HAVE knowledge and familiar with standard & code in the valve industry (ASTM, API, ASME)

• Have competence for API monogram products

• MUST Have Knowledge of assembly and testing on valves

• Experienced to using Solidwork and AutoCAD software

• MUST be able to communicate effectively in English

• Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
