PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi SENIOR TECHNICAL MANAGER di Bengkulu yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi SENIOR TECHNICAL MANAGER di Bengkulu Perusahaan PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia:

Required Profile:

In General

• Work experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as Senior Manager of a Palm Oil Mill or at least 8 years’ experience as Mill Manager of a Palm Oil Mill with a workforce of more than 100 people. Experience in managing multiple locations (more than 2 mills) is preferred.
• Minimum education S1 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge: Good understanding of the entire processing process of a Palm Oil Mill and technical/engineering calculations and theories
• Comprehension: Attach meaning to facts and information
• Application: Use, apply and transfer what you learned (engineering theories, calculations, technical facts, etc.) to various other situations
• Analysis: Examine information by looking at its separate parts – systems thinking
• Synthesis: Put together or combine what you have already learned, understood and analyzed into something new and different
• Evaluation: Make judgments about the work, value, or quality of an idea or an item – a choice that you can defend
• Knowledge Areas:
• Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Mechanical Equipment, especially related to palm oil mill operations
• Engineering knowledge – operations and transport processes, fluid mechanics and thermodynamics
• Supervision and Management of people
• Budget preparation
• Cost control
• Accounting/Management reporting comprehension
• Local government relations: Liaisons with the labour department (Disnaker), environmental department (BLH) for permits and licenses, etc.
• Character: Highly motivated and creative-minded with a strong drive to succeed. Good personality, interpersonal skills, communication skills, and ability to manage under pressure. Customer & service-oriented person with passion and desire.
• Ethos: Very high integrity. Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work with strict targets and deadlines.
• Mobility: Willing to be placed in operational locations in North Sumatra, Bengkulu, and South Sumatra (Lubuk Linggau).

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

• Good financial and budgeting skills
• Good people management skills
• Strong in Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability knowledge
• Knowledgeable in ISO, RSPO, ISPO, ISCC
• Proven leadership skills in starting/building mode
