As a Senior Trainer you will play a key role in developing our retail teams' product knowledge and sales capabilities through engaging training programs, effective product demonstrations, and a strong understanding of product features, benefits, and key selling points.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging product training programs to enhance retail teams' product knowledge and selling capabilities.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and key selling points effectively to support compelling product demonstrations and customer experiences.
• Develop training materials and learning activities tailored to retail teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the SharkNinja principal team to ensure alignment on product knowledge and training standards.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in the home appliances or beauty products industry is a MUST.
• Experience in product training, sales training, product specialist, or a similar role is highly preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, to support communication and alignment with the principal team.
• Willing to travel as required for training sessions and business needs.
