• Contact prospective leads to introduce McEasy company and products.
• Identify the customers business and pain points that can be addressed with McEasys service offerings. Information includes: business industry, scale, operational issues related to the fleet, decision maker contacts, solutions for customers issues, etc.
• Schedule visits to be conducted by Sales Executive (SE) and introduce them to the customers point of contact (PIC).
• Assist SE in the deal closure and installation process by coordination with SE (prepare and send sales quotations, contracts, etc., also follow up customers until deal closure).
• Conduct lead canvassing through website searching.
• Update customer activities and information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SDRs, sharing best practices and contributing to their professional development.
• Evaluate and enhance existing SDR processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

To be considered for the position, you MUST have:

• Bachelors degree in business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field
• At least 1-3 years experiences as Sales Development Representative
• Having strong experience in B2B Sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to be placed at Cikini, Central Jakarta
