Streamlines the process of searching for and applying for financial products by moving the entire experience online, enabling individuals to compare and apply for financial products without having to visit a physical bank branch.

Description

• You are responsible for understanding customer needs, conducting market research, and defining the features and functionality of your product. You also develop metrics to track the success of your product and measure its impact on the company’s bottom line.
• You play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of your product’s development. You oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond. You create detailed specifications for new features and enhancements, ensuring that they meet the needs of your users and align with the overall product vision.
• You develop a product roadmap that outlines the future of your product, and you motivate and inspire others to join you in bringing your vision to life.
• You are able to create prototypes of your product to demonstrate your ideas and convince others of their value.
• You collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, operations staff, sales teams, legal professionals, and even external partners to bring your product to market and ensure its success.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent is preferred
• Attention to detail and data driven
• Effective verbal and written communication skill
• 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a degree in IT or Computer Science
• Demonstrated success in launching new products or improving existing products/features, resulting in significant business value
• Prior experience as a product manager is preferred
• Experience with agile product development methodologies
• Overachiever, OKR Driven and Ambitious
• Advanced degrees, such as a Master’s, Ph.D., or MBA (not required but highly desirable)
