Job Descriptions:

1. Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the product features and enhancements for the product initiatives that you own
2. Work closely with a dedicated engineering team to build impactful products
3. Lead execution of the product with high level of discipline and engagement with the development teams. Meet defined milestones and delivery dates.
4. Own weekly and monthly reporting on the state of the initiatives you own. Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns
5. Drive adoption and growth of rolled-out solutions, assess open opportunities to further enhance buyer/seller Experience and remove friction points.
6. Measure Improvements and impact of changes and set-up mechanisms to audit impact and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives
7. Manage engagement with multiple stakeholders, including Tax, Legal, Operations, Tech, FBA, design, and business

Requirements:

1. Min. 4-5 years of product experience in customer-facing application, B2B, and/or e-commerce a plus
2. Having proven experience as Product Manager or Senior Product Manager is mandatory for this role
3. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a clear track record of impact.
4. An idea generator. Comfortable with challenging the status quo, creative, and possess grit to drive the idea to fruition.
5. Structured and effective communication skills with the ability to influence.
6. Passion for internet products and the e-commerce landscape.
7. Accustomed to driving results in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with little instruction or oversight
