About the job:The People & Culture function plays a key role in the Synpulse APAC growth story. We are looking for an exceptional Senior People & Culture Specialist to join our growing team. As an employee champion and change agent you will act as a catalyst for change and innovation and will facilitate organizational change by engaging people to understand the need to improve organizational effectiveness. We’re looking for an outstanding canate with a proactive, can-do attitude, a genuine self-starter, happy to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to deliver. Senior People & Culture ExecutiveResponsibilities:

• Manage, maintain and improve the end-to-end employee life-cycle for our Indonesia branch.
• Act as a single point of contact for our employees.
• Proe advice to internal stakeholders withplex or critical P&C related requests and consultative support for questions regarding local labor law.
• Drive and deliver P&C initiatives to support business needs.
• Supervise the payroll in collaboration with our payroll specialist.
• Single point of contact for external stakeholders, e.g. insurances, pension fund & authorities, handling permits, family allowances, tax at source, acents and sicknesses etc.
• Lead and/or participate in global P&C projects.

About you:

• You have a degree in HR Management.
• You have 5+ years proven experience in a variety of P&C disciplines preferably with a multinational organization.
• You have proven leadership experience, excellentmunication skills and ability to interact with large spectrum of various stakeholders.
• You are a natural organizer, pro-active, service minded, friendly, flexible and accurate.
• You have strong organizational and time management skills: attention to details and quality, ability to prioritize, to follow up and to respect conentiality.
• You have MBO working and thinking level, excellent MS office skills and are fluent in English and Bahasa.
• You are Familiar with Indonesia s labour law & regulations.
• You are meticulous and have ability to work in a face-paced environment.
