Be responsible in scrutinizing data to uncover key patterns and opportunities, aiding in the resolution of issues related to product performance, operations, and customer experience. The ability to transform raw data into comprehensible statistics and actionable information will be instrumental in effectively communicating these insights to management and other stakeholders, guiding strategic decisions and problem-solving processes.

• Conduct comprehensive analysis on customer acquisition trends, churn rates, and lifecycle behaviors to support aggressive growth targets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and business metrics, translating complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product owners to analyze product & platform performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth within the SMB platform.
• Work closely with the marketing team to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with business teams to perform ad-hoc analyses that inform strategies, market segmentation, and sales tactics.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data analytics through meticulous data validation and cleaning processes.
• Present findings and strategic insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner through compelling visualizations and presentations.
• Remain abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to anticipate and react to shifts in the SMB market segment.

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analysis or similar role, preferably within the technology, startups, or telecommunications sector.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Domo, Looker) and an ability to translate complex data into accessible insights.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, and retention strategies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and statistical skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with a track record of effectively working with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for data-driven decision making and a drive to understand and meet the needs of SMBs.
