We are looking for a full-time position as a Senior Full Stack Developer who is motivated tobine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include implementing powerful front-end user experiences and a robust backend infrastructure.

Salary starts at IDR 45,000,000/month with many benefits and opportunities for profit sharing and employee shares.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with us on our next generation of progressive web applications, their corresponding administrative interfaces, and the required background tasks (microservices), which do the heavy lifting .

While on a perpetual pursuit of emerging new technologies, we currently utilize the following development stack:

Frontend:

• NextJS 12 (TypeScript, SCSS) with server-e rendering (Next.js / Gatsby)
• State-of-the-artponent frameworks, as well as vanilla HTML/CSS
• Apollo GraphQL for strongly typed APImunication

Backend:

• TS.Ed and vanilla TypeScript for backend infrastructure, APIs and microservices
• MySQL, MongoDB, BigQuery & Firestore for database technologies
• Google Cloud Run / Functions and Docker images for microservices
• Google Cloud Networking for load balancing and microservice orchestration

• So work experience (5+ years) as a Full Stack Developer, well versed in backend and frontend technologies.
• Previous experience as a technical team lead, with skills in mentorship, team support, code review, kanban & scrum methodologies.
• Strong technical experience with TypeScript and advanced typing techniques (Generics, Declaration Merging)
• Strong technical experience with Next.JS or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Server-e Rendering (SSR), Caching, SEO and Page Speed / Lighthouse / Web Performance optimization.
• So understanding of the HTTP(/2) protocol, request/response patterns, WebSocket, buffers and streams.
• Experience with Unit- Testing, E2E Testing, and Testing frameworks.
• Experience with tooling, development and deployment workflows (webpack, continuous integration).
• An analytical mind with strong capabilities to assessplex requirements and break them down into concise tasks.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and objectives and delegation of / collaboration on work.

The following skills are rmended but not essential for the application.

• Experience with microservices, cluster, container and virtualization technology (e.g. Docker), load balancing, relational databases (e.g. MySQL) and APIs (REST, GraphQL)
• Experience with coding standards and best practices.
• Experience with modern libraries/approaches like Promises, Observables / RxJS State Management (Mobx, Redux, etc.)
• SSRpatible Styling (Styled Components, CSS Modules)
• Good understanding of GIT versioning, branching and merge strategies.
• Good understanding of browser rendering behavior, debugging and performance.
• Understanding of user experience and user-centric application design.
• Understanding of user interface design and creative skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, e.a.)

• You have strong prior experience with senior development positions in software developmentpanies.
• You have prior experience working in the media, CMS or digital publishing industry.
• You arefortable working in an agile, fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• You speak various programming languages fluently.
