About the role

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Karawaci Banten. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and strategies to support the organisation's growth and operational excellence. What you'll be doing

• Gather, analyse and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement

• Provide expert data analysis and insights to guide strategic initiatives and problem-solving

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and impactful business recommendations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor insights to different stakeholder groups
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
