Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Security Officer role based in Tabanan. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the security of the premises, conducting regular security checks, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures. The Security Officer will also manage access control, respond to emergencies or alarms, and assist in maintaining a safe environment for all staff, visitors, and property.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, surveillance techniques, and risk assessment
• Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and act efficiently under pressure or in emergencies
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and other physical tasks as required
• Certification in security-related training or courses is a plus such as Garda Pratama
• Prior experience in a similar security role is advantageous
