This role drives the governance and standardization of procurement reporting in the Business Unit and also provide analytical support to the Procurement function on business and people related metrics and develop/maintain scorecards for KPI’s.

The role will work closely with the BU lead, spend area leads and ISC Finance on all aspects of the financial planning cycle (AC, Forecasts etc) including reporting performance/variance to plan.

It supports the Business Unit Procurement Lead by coordinating, generating and analyzing required metrics, reports and presentations to ensure tracking of every commitment related to the Procurement BU E2E agenda: Productivity, Service, Inflation mitigation, Commodity spend and price risk management, Cash.

The role will further enable BU procurement success by overseeing effectiveness of VOLT reporting, tracking BCP, preparing monthly MOR/PAM procurement project status and attending on local meetings and facilitating discussions around the E2E procurement agenda.

Key R&R

• Develop, standardize and deliver reporting on all procurement commitments in the BU: Productivity, Service, Inflation mitigation, Commodity spend and Price risk management, Cash, NPD and compliance in STP, BCP, Quality.

• Provide E2E financial reporting support to the BU lead by driving the AC, May Forecast, Sept forecast, Strat Plan and other planning cycles and working closely with the BU lead, spend area leads, and the ISC Finance team. Reports variance/gap/performance versus original plan. Conducts monthly reconciliations, bridge analysis and cost evaluation exercises with the ISC Finance team.

• Champion VOLT integrity by working with spend area leads to ensure VOLT is fully updated with the right probability and starting date for all projects. Work with or act as Cash flow and DPO programs/champion in the region to deliver BIC cash flow trajectory.

• Manage procurement MOR/PAM preparation to equip the BU lead for monthly meetings and track BCP (business continuity planning).

• Coordinate and publish the monthly scorecard and send out to the BU Leads for their validation, ensuring data accuracy and acting to rectify where needed.

• Analyse solutions as need to respond to BU Procurement Lead queries.

• Provide support for overall procurement Governance for the BU, including development of change management materials and report consolidation for performance and talent management.

• Facilitate projects as required, with region procurements and local stakeholders to fill productivity gaps and other results focused projects.

More about this role

• 1-3 years experience in procurement

• Experience of data analytics and process/project management

• 3-5 Finance background cost bridge & reading and understanding PnL impacts, preferable

• Plant financial control background highly relevant
