Job Description:

– Develop and organize productive general routine to ensure smooth running of the school

– Organize and assist the execution of school events

– Prioritize students’ development and well-being, while ensuring a safe and fun learning environment.

– Develop and maintain good relationships with parents, students, outside agencies and the local community to establish and maintain the orderly operation of the school.

– Provide leadership and administration which will motivate and support teachers for growth and development.

– Oversee school housekeeping and financial budget, as well as creating marketing strategies to enhance market presence.

Qualifications:

– Warm and caring personality, cheerful and energetic, willing to learn new things and love children.

– Bachelor Degree – Majoring in Education/ related fields with min. 5 years working experience in education fields, with minimum 2 years of leadership experience.

– Experience with Cambridge and Singapore curriculum preferred.

– Excellent proficiency in the use of English Language.

– Excellent communication skills, team-player, creative and highly motivated.

– Good analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.

– Good computer literacy, proficient in using social media and basic editing applications.
