Job Requirements :

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related disciplines.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in the same position. Preferably from Developer / Property / Landed industry.
  3. Expert in Social Media Sales, Google Marketing Platform, and influencer management
  4. Have hands-on experience in managing in-app sales, CRM tools, and third-party marketing tools
  5. Have good communication skills and understand sales strategies
    Good time management
  6. Critical tinkering and problem-solving skills
  7. Experience in managing and monitoring a team.
  8. Target-oriented.
  9. Understand the characteristics of the landed house and shophouse market
  10. Have good managerial and leadership skills

Job Description :

  1. Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
  2. Plan and execute marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and encouraging collaboration
  3. Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and tactic recommendations
  4. Identify new business opportunities
  5. Present ideas and deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders on marketing programs, strategies and budgets
  6. Recruit, mentor and coach the Project Sales team to achieve sales targets
  7. Analyze and strategize on competitors in the competition area which includes surrounding pricing area, sales channel, and customer database sourcing
  8. Ensure the sales of house and shophouse units in all projects according to the target time and price that has been determined
  9. Create and implement sales strategies
  10. Create and propose sales channels to optimize sales of houses and shophouses
