Job Description

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan for field sales that expands our customer base and extends the company’s sales achievement.
  • Lead a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor field sales performance by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  • Conduct interviews with field sales candidates, set objectives, train and coach them (together with our Sales Trainers), and monitor their performances.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in Sales Manager (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in in handling a minimum of 30 sales, with a track record of successful sales performance. Experienced handling Telemarketing Team is preferred.
  • Result and sales-oriented with a strong focus on sales achievement.
  • Proactive and initiative behavior at work.
  • Strong people management and administration skills.
  • Have experience in CRM for data analysis and daily activity reporting.
  • Proficient skill in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills.
