If you have a minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, previous experience working in the shipping industry, successfully meeting sales targets, developing new business and managing client relationships, this is your opportunity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field is often preferred.
Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years, preferably in B2B sales, is required
Previous experience working in the shipping industry would be a significant advantage
Strong written and spoken English skills are required.
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, developing new business and managing client relationships
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs and industry developments
Excellent time management and organizational skills — proven ability to handle multiple leads and deadlines simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and work independently under pressure.

Industry Knowledge: understanding of shipping operations, logistics, national regulations, and shipping documentation.
Knowledge of national regulations, customs, and maritime, land and air laws.
Customer service orientation: commitment to providing high quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Clear and Persuasive Communication: ability to articulate complex value propositions and information clearly and persuasively, while actively listening and understanding customer needs.
Lead Generation: proactively identify and pursue potential clients through cold calls, cold emails, and online outreach (e.g. LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).

Strong negotiation skills to close deals and handle objections effectively.
